Why the company exists
Most outsourcing relationships end when the project does. Ours did not: several clients who started with a single engineer are still with us years later. The company was created to make that the normal case rather than the exception, by giving specialists stable contracts, an operations team behind them and a set of written engineering rules that do not bend to a deadline.
The name comes from the tree in the logo and the number 108, a number the founding family considers lucky. The domain was registered on 6 February 2025, and that date is the company's birthday.

How the company is run
The founder is a .NET engineer with more than eleven years of commercial experience, from ASP.NET MVC monoliths to event-driven microservices, who has led teams of five to thirteen people in business management, trading, healthcare, HR and logistics. They still write code every day, including most of the portal the company runs on.
Operations are run by our director: specialist contracts, document review, onboarding approvals and the relationship with the accountant. Every contract and identity document in the company passes through that review before it is accepted.
How we hire
Vacancies are published on DOU. Candidates answer a structured set of questions through our Telegram bot, then pass a technical interview with a specialist in that stack, and for some roles an external interviewer. Nineteen people on the team are active technical interviewers, and we have recruited dedicated interviewers for Python, Java and DevOps specifically, so nobody is assessed by a generalist reading a checklist. A hire starts with a probation period and a guided onboarding that collects the documents Ukrainian contracting requires. The whole pipeline runs in our own portal, so we can say exactly how long each step takes.
