Partnerships
Some of our work reaches its end customer through somebody else: an agency that sold it, a consultancy that needed capacity, a vendor that needed a second team, a company that will run its own team in Ukraine one day. Six ways that can be arranged, described honestly enough that you can tell before the first call whether we are the right company for yours.
Six partnership models
They differ in who owns the customer, whose brand is on the delivery and who manages the work day to day. The engineering underneath is the same team and the same rules.
White-label development
We build, test and support software under your brand while you keep the client relationship. Your repositories, your tooling, your release notes, our engineers. One contract with a registered Ukrainian company and the intellectual property assigned onward to you.
Nearshore delivery pod
A named pod of engineers, QA and delivery people that flexes up and down with your demand, works inside your processes and tooling, and has a technical lead on our side who owns continuity, quality and escalation.
Managed application support
Second and third line support of live systems inside your SLA and your ticket queue: triage, fixes, releases, patching and on-call cover, by engineers who also build, on European or North American hours.
Build-Operate-Transfer
We recruit, contract, pay and run a Ukrainian engineering team under our companies, then transfer the people or the entity to you at an agreed point. Hiring pipeline, payroll, Diia City residency and the management platform are already in place.
Referral partners
For consultants, agencies and individuals who meet work they cannot take. Introduce the client, we scope and deliver it, and the commercial arrangement is agreed per introduction before anyone is introduced.
Technology partners
For software vendors and product companies that need an engineering team beside their own for years rather than a sprint: a module we own end to end, a platform we help operate, or a second team that carries the roadmap you cannot staff.
Who partners with us
Digital and automation agencies
You have sold more than you can staff, or a customer wants a stack your own team does not carry. We deliver it under your brand and your process while you keep the relationship.
Consultancies and systems integrators
You need engineering capacity that flexes with a pipeline you cannot forecast, and a partner-side lead who takes responsibility rather than forwarding questions.
Managed service providers
The systems you support need people who can actually change them: fix the cause of a recurring incident, ship the patch release, keep the platform versions current.
Software vendors and product companies
A module, a platform or a roadmap you cannot staff, carried by a second team that stays long enough to learn the domain rather than a rotating cast of contractors.
Companies planning their own team in Ukraine
You want people in Ukraine eventually but not the entity, payroll and hiring learning curve first. We carry all three until you are ready to take them over.
Consultants and individuals with a network
You meet work you cannot take yourself. Introduce it, stay as involved as you want to be, and we agree the commercial arrangement before anyone is introduced.
True of every partnership, whichever model
We do not go around you
Non-solicitation covering your customers is part of the partner agreement and we sign it without negotiation. A channel that lasts years is worth more than any single customer is once.
One contract, one invoice
You sign with BIG TREE 108 LLC, a company in the Ukrainian state register, and receive one invoice a month. Ukrainian contracts, tax registration, declarations and payroll never reach your desk.
The IP chain is complete before access
Every specialist has already assigned their work product to BigTree108, so ownership passes cleanly through us to you and onward to your customer.
A named lead, not a mailbox
Every partnership has one person on our side who owns continuity, quality and escalation, and who you call when something is wrong.
Hours you can see
Everyone logs time in our own portal and the same figures produce the invoice, so you can reconcile what you bill your customer against what you pay us.
The same engineering rules, whoever the client is
Tests ship with the feature, the build ends with zero warnings, security is deny-by-default and infrastructure is code. A change that breaks a rule does not merge.
Whatever your customers run on
Your customers will not all be on the same technology, so a partner has to cover more than one stack. Our largest practice is C# and .NET on Azure, with Python beside it for automation, integration, data and AI work, and Angular, React and Vue on the front end, plus mobile, QA and test automation, cloud and DevOps, and design.
Beyond those, we staff the languages, frameworks, platforms and devices covered on our technologies pages, from Java, Go and Rust to SAP, Shopify and firmware, and we pick up whatever a project already runs on rather than steering it towards a stack of our choosing. Every specialist is interviewed by engineers who do the same work before they are proposed to you.
The fourteen services we staff are listed in full, and the outsourcing page covers the same engineering bought directly rather than through a partner.
A company your customer can check
Partners get asked who is actually doing the work, often by a procurement team. BIG TREE 108 LLC is entered in the Ukrainian state register, and a second company, BIG TREE 108 SECURITY LLC, is a resident of Diia City, the legal regime Ukraine created for technology companies. Both registration numbers, the registered address and links to the register are on the contact page, and the terms of service are published rather than sent on request, so you can hand a customer something verifiable without waiting on us.

Questions partners ask first
What is the difference between a client and a partner at BigTree108?
A client buys the work for themselves. A partner puts our engineering behind a relationship they own: an agency selling to its own customers, a consultancy that needs capacity it cannot hire fast enough, a vendor that needs a second team on its product, or somebody who introduces work they cannot take. The engineering is the same; what changes is who holds the customer, whose brand is on the delivery and who manages the day to day.
Do you work under our brand, or do your people appear as BigTree108?
Either, and it is your decision, not ours. Under the white-label model our engineers use your email domain, your repositories and your release notes, and your customer never meets BigTree108. Under a delivery pod, people are usually named and visible, because partners tell us that a customer who knows exactly who is working for them asks fewer questions. We have run both.
Are you already working with other agencies as a subcontractor?
Yes. One of our current engagements is white-label delivery for a European partner, where our engineers work inside the partner’s tooling on a product sold under the partner’s name. We do not publish partner names, which is the same discretion we would extend to you.
Will you go around us and sell to our customer directly?
No, and we will put it in writing before the first introduction. A non-solicitation clause covering your customers is a normal part of a partner agreement and we sign it without negotiation. A partner channel is worth more to us over years than any single customer is once.
How small can a partnership start?
One person, or one contained piece of work. We would rather prove the ramp on something small and reversible than have you commit a customer to us on the strength of a capability slide. Several of our longest engagements started as a single specialist.
Which partnership model should we pick?
If you own the customer and the brand, look at white-label development. If you need capacity that flexes with demand across several skills, look at the nearshore delivery pod. If the work is keeping live systems running rather than building new ones, look at managed application support. If you want your own team in Ukraine eventually, look at Build-Operate-Transfer. If you only want to pass work on, look at referral partners. If none of them fit, describe what you need and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right company for it.
Who do we talk to, and how quickly?
Write to hello@bigtree108.com and you reach the company directly rather than a sales layer. You get an answer within one business day, and the first call is with the person who would own the delivery.
Thinking about a partnership?
Tell us what you sell, what you cannot staff and what your customer expects. You get an answer within one business day, and the first call is with the person who would own the delivery.
