What working here is like

  • Long engagements. You join a client's team for months or years, not a ticket queue. The longest client relationship on the team is in its fourth year.
  • Interviewed by your own kind. Nineteen people on the team are active technical interviewers, so you are assessed by someone who does the work.
  • Modern stack, strict rules. Current .NET and Angular releases, zero warnings, tests with every change, everything as code. The rules are written down and reviewed against; you will know what good looks like on day one.
  • Administration done for you. Contracts, invoices, tax reminders, leave and hours all run through the company portal. You log hours; the rest is handled.
  • Remote across Ukraine, Kyiv working hours with adjustments for US clients, and a team that answers questions in the chat rather than in a meeting.

How hiring works

  1. Apply

    Through our Telegram bot, or on DOU and Djinni where every role is published with the stack, the schedule and the compensation model.

  2. Answer the bot

    The bot asks a fixed set of questions about your experience and availability. It takes about fifteen minutes and every candidate gets the same questions.

  3. Technical interview

    A conversation with a specialist in your stack about work you have done and problems you have solved. No whiteboard puzzles.

  4. Offer and onboarding

    A service contract with the company, e-signed, then a guided onboarding that sets up your accounts, documents and equipment before day one.

  5. Probation, then the long run

    A probation period with clear expectations on both sides, tracked in our portal, after which the engagement continues on the same contract.
