Which domains our letters come from, why we may have written to you, and how to stop further letters.
Our two domains
- bigtree108.com is our main domain. This website and our everyday mail with clients and candidates use it.
- bigtree108.io is our second domain, for first letters to companies we have not worked with yet, usually about a vacancy they have published. It has no website of its own: opening bigtree108.io brings you to this site.
We send email only from addresses on these two domains.
Why we may have written to you
We write to companies that have published a vacancy for a role our people do, and offer one of our specialists for it. We use only an address the company published itself, preferably the one given for job applications. We do not buy contact lists or guess addresses.
Every letter comes from a named person at BigTree108 and carries their name and role. We keep the address and the company name for up to 12 months and process them in Ukraine, based on our legitimate interest in offering B2B software services. You can ask us to show, correct or delete them. The rest is in our privacy policy.
If you do not want more letters
Reply "stop" to any of our letters, or write to hello@bigtree108.com. We will not write to that address again from either domain.
How to tell a real letter from a forged one
Both domains tell receiving mail servers to reject any letter in their name that our own mail servers did not send. If a letter says it is from BigTree108 but comes from another domain, it is not from us. Please forward it to hello@bigtree108.com.
