Hire Angular developers in Ukraine
Angular engineers employed by BigTree108 on Ukrainian contracts and embedded full time in your team, from the practice that builds our own company platform on Angular 22 with signals and zoneless change detection. You interview them, you direct their work, and you own everything they write.
We run a large Angular application of our own
Most suppliers describe an Angular capability. Ours is checkable: the platform this company runs on, for hiring, onboarding, contracts, time tracking, leave, compensation and invoicing, is an Angular application talking to .NET Azure Functions, and the people who build it are the people we staff. We have carried it through the version upgrades, the move to standalone components, the move to signals and the move off zone.js, and we have lived with our own architecture decisions long enough to know which of them were wrong.
That is the difference between hiring someone who has used Angular and hiring someone who has had to maintain a large Angular codebase for years. Read the case study.
What our Angular engineers actually work in
Standalone components and signals
Current Angular rather than the version a codebase started on: standalone components, signal-based state, the new control flow blocks and typed reactive forms.
Zoneless change detection
Our own platform runs without zone.js, which is a different way of thinking about when the view updates. The engineers who did that migration are the engineers you would be hiring.
Design systems, not loose components
One implementation per interface pattern, composed from shared blocks with a story and an accessibility check on each. Tailwind and headless primitives rather than a heavy widget suite.
Generated API clients
The backend OpenAPI document generates the client, so a DTO cannot drift from the service that returns it. Nobody hand-types a response interface and finds out in production.
Tests that gate the release
Unit tests with the feature and end-to-end suites in continuous integration. Coverage is measured and may not regress; a change that breaks a rule does not merge.
Migrations from older Angular
NgModules to standalone, RxJS-everywhere to signals, AngularJS-era patterns to current ones. Sequenced as a migration with a written plan, not attempted as a rewrite.
The front-end development service page covers the same ground from the delivery side, for work you would hand over rather than staff.
What hiring through us includes
You get an engineer, not a résumé: one or two people with their profiles rather than a stack of CVs to sift, interviewed on our side by somebody who writes the same code. The Ukrainian contract, tax registration, payroll, invoicing, time tracking and leave stay with us, so you sign one agreement with BIG TREE 108 LLC and receive one invoice a month. Every specialist has assigned their work product to BigTree108 before access, and our agreement assigns it onward, so the ownership chain to your company is complete before a repository is opened.
Behind the person sits a practice: architecture review, a second pair of eyes on pull requests and cover during leave come from BigTree108 rather than from your budget. Hours are logged in our portal throughout the month and the same figures produce the invoice.
How hiring runs
Tell us the role
Angular version, seniority and the working hours you need are enough to start. A repository link helps but is not required.
We propose or we search
If the right person is on the team you get their profile within a business day. If not, we say so and run a search, which typically produces candidates within two to three weeks.
You interview
Your process, your questions, your decision. The technical screen on our side is run by an engineer who writes Angular daily.
Paperwork, then access
NDA and IP assignment signed, access granted, and the engineer starts in your repositories, your tracker and your stand-ups.
The dedicated team page explains the model in full. If React is the closer fit, there is a page for hiring React engineers, and if you are still comparing countries and vendors, start with the software development company in Ukraine page.

Questions about hiring Angular developers from Ukraine
How current is your Angular practice?
Our own company platform runs on Angular 22 with standalone components, signals and zoneless change detection, and we track the latest stable release rather than sitting on the version a project started with. An upgrade is not finished here until the code adopts the new APIs and drops the workarounds they made redundant, in the same change.
Will an Angular engineer work on a codebase that is several versions behind?
Yes, and it is common. Most Angular work that reaches us is an application some versions back with NgModules, RxJS everywhere and no tests. That is a migration job with its own sequence, and it starts with a read-only review and a written list of risks rather than a rewrite proposal.
Do your Angular engineers write tests?
Yes, at the level the change deserves, and it is not optional. Our written rules say tests ship with the feature, a bug fix carries a test for its whole class, and coverage is measured and may not regress. End-to-end suites run in continuous integration so a failing test blocks the release.
Can the same engineer cover the backend the application talks to?
Often, and where not, the person who can is in the same company. Our largest practice is ASP.NET Core on Azure, and our own platform is Angular in front of .NET Azure Functions, so an API contract question is one conversation rather than two vendors blaming each other.
What about component libraries and design systems?
We build against design systems rather than scattering one-off components, with accessibility checked on every component and a catalogue that the team and your designers can both open. Our own platform is composed from shared blocks with a story for each one, and that discipline travels.
How quickly can an Angular engineer start?
When the person is already on the team, the start is gated only by your interview and the NDA and IP assignment. When we recruit for the role, a search typically produces candidate profiles within two to three weeks, and the technical interview is run by an engineer who writes Angular rather than a recruiter with a keyword list.
Need an Angular engineer?
Angular version, seniority and working hours are enough to start. You get candidate profiles, or a search that produces them within two to three weeks.
