How fast do you reply?
Within one business day, Kyiv time. A first reply usually asks two or three questions about scope, repository access and timing, then you get a written plan and an estimate.
What should the first email contain?
Whatever you have: a repository link, a product description, a list of problems in an existing system or a job description for an engineer you need. We sign an NDA first if the material is confidential.
Do you take over existing codebases?
Yes. Nine of the systems our engineers have worked on were inherited from other teams, the oldest written in 2008. A take-over starts with a read-only review and a written list of risks before any change is made.
