- Your time zone, not ours. We staff to your working hours: a full overlapping day for the EU and UK, and people hired or scheduled for North American hours, Pacific included, when that is what your team runs on.

What we handle on our side
Every item below runs on our own company management portal. Nothing is a manual spreadsheet that stops working when someone is on holiday.
Contracts
Each specialist signs a service contract and an intellectual-property assignment with BigTree108, generated from our template and e-signed. You sign one agreement with us.
Invoicing
One invoice a month per engagement, produced from the logged hours in our portal. Specialist invoices to us are generated and signed the same way.
Payroll and taxes
Ukrainian tax registration, quarterly declarations, payment deadlines and bank transfers are tracked in the portal and handled by our accountant.
Time and leave
Hours are logged per assignment, synced from Hubstaff or Upwork where those are in use, and leave requests are approved in the portal with allowances per contract.
Onboarding
Identity documents, contact details and equipment are collected through a guided flow before day one. Access is granted through Entra ID groups and removed the same way.
Hiring pipeline
Vacancies, candidate screening through a Telegram bot, technical interviews and probation are run in the portal, so a replacement or a second specialist comes from a live pipeline.
How an engagement runs
- You describe the role, the stack and the working hours you need.
- We propose one or two people from the team or the pipeline, with their profiles.
- You interview them the way you would interview your own hire.
- An NDA and IP assignment are signed, access is granted, the person starts.
- Hours are visible to you throughout the month; one invoice arrives at the end of it.
Questions clients ask
Who is the specialist contracted with?
With BigTree108. Each specialist has a signed service contract with the company, and you have one agreement with BigTree108. You never handle Ukrainian contracts, invoices or tax paperwork.
Can you staff roles other than developers?
Yes. Our team today includes QA, a UI and UX designer, a Webflow and full-stack developer, an executive assistant and operations manager, and a recruiter, alongside the engineers. We have also hired DevOps engineers, project managers, WordPress developers and automation QA engineers, and can run a search for any of those.
How do you know the hours you invoice are real?
Every specialist logs time in our portal, and for Upwork contracts Upwork Work Diary is the record. Monthly hours per assignment are visible to the specialist and to our management, and the same figures produce the invoice, so there is one source for both sides.
What happens if a specialist leaves?
Our agreements carry notice periods on both sides, and we hire from a pipeline we run ourselves: technical interviews, a probation period and onboarding are all tracked in the portal. A replacement comes from that pipeline and the departing specialist hands over during the notice period.
Which time zone will the specialist work in?
Yours. We treat time zone as a hiring and scheduling question: for EU and UK clients the overlap is a full working day, and for North American clients we assign or recruit people who work your schedule, including Pacific hours. You should not be the one adjusting.
Can the specialist work through my Upwork account?
Yes. Our Upwork agency is Top Rated Plus with 50 completed jobs and 11,121 logged hours, so the contract, hours and payment protection can stay inside Upwork if you prefer it.
Do you sign an NDA and IP assignment?
Yes, before any access is granted. Our own specialist contracts already assign all work product to BigTree108, so the chain of IP ownership from the person doing the work to you is complete.
