Project and delivery managers, business analysts, product managers and product owners, Scrum masters, technical writers, support engineers, customer success managers and IT recruiters for software teams: full time in your team, part time, or for a single project.
Roles we staff
Each page covers what the role does for you, who it works with, the ways to hire and the questions clients ask first.

Covered elsewhere on the site
Dedicated team
Long-term specialists embedded in your team, from .NET and Python engineers to QA, designers, project managers and executive assistants. Contracts, invoicing, payroll and leave handled on our side.
Build-Operate-Transfer
We recruit, contract, pay and run a Ukrainian engineering team under our companies, then transfer the people or the entity to you at an agreed point. Hiring pipeline, payroll, Diia City residency and the management platform are already in place.
Managed application support
Second and third line support of live systems inside your SLA and your ticket queue: triage, fixes, releases, patching and on-call cover, by engineers who also build, on European or North American hours.
How these roles work with your team
Every role here works inside your process rather than beside it: your tracker, your documents, your meetings and your hours. The specialist reports to the person you name, and decisions about scope, priority and who to hire stay with you.
One agreement with BIG TREE 108 LLC and one invoice a month. Time is logged in our own portal and the same figures produce the invoice, and everything the specialist writes, from a project plan to a role brief, is assigned to you.
The platform behind the people
We run our own company on a platform we built: hiring, onboarding, contracts, time tracking, leave, compensation and invoicing, on .NET, Angular and Azure. Our recruiters and nineteen active technical interviewers hire through it, and the hours every specialist logs there produce the invoice you receive. Read the case study.
Questions about hiring for team roles
Which roles beyond engineering do you staff?
Project and delivery managers, business analysts, product managers and product owners, Scrum masters and agile coaches, technical writers, support engineers, customer success managers and IT recruiters, alongside the engineers, QA engineers, designers and executive assistants on our other service pages.
Can a role start part time?
Yes. A business analyst for the weeks of discovery, or a Scrum master two days a week, is often the right start. The hours can grow into a full-time role under the same agreement when the work does.
Can these specialists work with our own engineers rather than yours?
Yes. They work with whoever builds the product: your engineers, ours or a mix, in your tracker and your channels, with the same reporting whichever company the engineers belong to.
Who owns the plans and documents they produce?
You do. Every specialist has a signed contract with BigTree108 that assigns all work product to the company, and our agreement with you assigns it onward. Code, designs and documents are delivered into your own repositories and tools, not kept where only we can change them.
