3D modelling and visualisation services
3D modelling and visualisation services: product renders, architectural visualisation, 3D on the web, product configurators and real-time assets for AR, VR and the web, with dedicated 3D artists for your team or a 3D project delivered end to end.
3D modelling and visualisation we provide
Product modelling and renders
Accurate models from CAD files, drawings or photographs, rendered as studio shots and lifestyle scenes for every colour and variant without a photo shoot for each.
Architectural visualisation
Interior and exterior renders and walkthrough animations from plans, for sales material and approvals before the building exists.
3D on the web
Models exported as compressed glTF and shown in the browser with three.js or a model viewer, light enough to load on a phone over mobile data.
Product configurators
Interactive viewers where a customer changes colour, material and options and sees the result, connected to your catalogue and price list.
Real-time assets for AR, VR and the web
Low-polygon models with PBR textures and levels of detail, built to the polygon and texture budgets of the headset, phone or browser that shows them.
AR product previews
USDZ and glTF files that let a customer place the product in their own room from a phone, through the browser or your app.
Hire 3D artists
Dedicated 3D artists
3D artists who join your team full time, work in your tools and process, and report to your lead. You interview them; we carry the Ukrainian contract, payroll, invoicing and leave.
3D modelling projects
A defined piece of 3D modelling with a scope, a fixed plan and a named lead on our side who owns the result and reports progress in your channels.
Ongoing 3D modelling
3D modelling as a continuing service: the same people every month, a backlog you prioritise, and hours you can see in our portal and on the invoice.
The dedicated team page explains how specialists join your team, and the outsourcing page covers project delivery, take-overs and how we charge.
Who works on your 3D modelling
3D artists
Modelling, texturing, lighting and rendering
Front-end engineers
three.js viewers and configurators on your site
AR and VR developers
Real-time scenes on headsets and phones
QA engineers
Viewers tested across browsers and phones
Built for where the model will be seen
Every model is built for its use: a high-detail mesh for a print render, a low-polygon model with baked textures for a browser or a headset, and both from one source when the product needs both. Scenes, materials and textures are handed over in Blender or the tool your team uses, alongside the exported files.
When a model goes on a website or into an app, the 3D artist and the engineers who build the viewer work as one team, with a file-size budget agreed up front and the result checked on real phones, not only on a workstation.

Questions about 3D modelling and visualisation
Can you work from our CAD files?
Yes. STEP and other CAD exports are converted into clean meshes for rendering or real-time use, and where there is no CAD, models are built from drawings, measurements or photographs.
Renders or real-time 3D?
Renders when the image is fixed and has to look its best: catalogue shots, ads and print. Real-time 3D when customers should turn, configure or place the product themselves. Many products need both, and both can come from the same model.
How quickly can 3D artists start?
When the right 3D artist is available, the start is gated only by your interview and the NDA and IP assignment. Otherwise we run a search, which typically produces candidate profiles within two to three weeks, and nobody starts until you have said yes.
How do we hire 3D artists through BigTree108?
Tell us the work, the seniority and the hours you need. We propose one or two people with their profiles, you interview them the way you would interview your own hire, and you sign one agreement with BIG TREE 108 LLC and receive one invoice a month.
Who owns the work they produce?
You do. Every specialist has a signed contract with BigTree108 that assigns all work product to the company, and our agreement with you assigns it onward. Code, designs and documents are delivered into your own repositories and tools, not kept where only we can change them.
Need 3D models or renders?
Tell us the product, the files you have and where the result will be used. You get an answer within one business day: a plan and an estimate, or candidate profiles.
