UX research services

UX research services: user interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics review and accessibility research that tell your product team what to build and what to fix, with dedicated UX researchers for your team or a research study delivered end to end.

UX research we provide

  • User interviews

One-to-one sessions with customers or prospects around a written discussion guide, recorded with consent and summarised as findings tied to what people said.

  • Usability testing

Moderated or unmoderated tests of a prototype or the live product, with set tasks, completion rates and each problem ranked by how many people it stopped.

  • Surveys

Questionnaires written to avoid leading questions, sent to the right segment and analysed with the sample size stated beside every figure.

  • Analytics and funnel review

Drop-off points found in your product analytics, then explained through interviews or tests rather than guessed from the numbers alone.

  • Personas and journey maps

Built from what research participants actually said and did, with the source of every claim, so they settle product arguments instead of starting them.

  • Accessibility research

Sessions with people who use screen readers, magnification or keyboard navigation, finding the barriers an automated check cannot see.

Hire UX researchers

  • Dedicated UX researchers

UX researchers who join your team full time, work in your tools and process, and report to your lead. You interview them; we carry the Ukrainian contract, payroll, invoicing and leave.

  • UX research projects

A defined piece of UX research with a scope, a fixed plan and a named lead on our side who owns the result and reports progress in your channels.

  • Ongoing UX research

UX research as a continuing service: the same people every month, a backlog you prioritise, and hours you can see in our portal and on the invoice.

The dedicated team page explains how specialists join your team, and the outsourcing page covers project delivery, take-overs and how we charge.

How we run UX research

Each study starts from the decision it has to inform, written down before the first session, and ends with findings ranked by impact and linked to the evidence, so the team acts on the report rather than filing it. Our UI and UX designers work in the same company, so a finding becomes a prototype to test again without a hand-off between vendors.

Participants’ personal data is handled under GDPR: consent recorded before every session, recordings and notes kept in your accounts with access limited to the people on the study, and quotes anonymised in every report.

Questions about UX research

How many participants does a study need?

To find usability problems, five to eight people from each distinct user group usually surface the ones that matter most. To measure how often something happens, a survey or analytics needs far more. Each study is sized to its question, and the plan says why.

Can you find participants for us?

Yes: from your own customer list, through a research panel, or both, with screener questions so the people in the sessions match the users the product is for. Incentives and panel fees are agreed with you before anyone is contacted.

Is research useful before the product is built?

Yes, and it is cheapest then. Interviews and concept tests come before the build, prototype tests during the design, and usability tests and analytics review once real users arrive.

How quickly can UX researchers start?

When the right UX researcher is available, the start is gated only by your interview and the NDA and IP assignment. Otherwise we run a search, which typically produces candidate profiles within two to three weeks, and nobody starts until you have said yes.

How do we hire UX researchers through BigTree108?

Tell us the work, the seniority and the hours you need. We propose one or two people with their profiles, you interview them the way you would interview your own hire, and you sign one agreement with BIG TREE 108 LLC and receive one invoice a month.

Who owns the work they produce?

You do. Every specialist has a signed contract with BigTree108 that assigns all work product to the company, and our agreement with you assigns it onward. Code, designs and documents are delivered into your own repositories and tools, not kept where only we can change them.

Need to know what your users actually do?

Tell us the product, the users and the decision you are facing. You get an answer within one business day: a research plan, or candidate profiles.
