Software testing and QA

Software testing and QA services: manual and exploratory testing, test automation in Playwright, Selenium and Cypress, mobile app testing on real devices, API and contract testing, performance and load testing, and accessibility testing against WCAG 2.2. Dedicated QA engineers for your team, testing projects delivered end to end, and take-overs of test suites other teams wrote.

Software testing services we provide

Each page covers the testing we take on, the ways to work with us and the questions clients ask first.

One QA team for every kind of testing

One QA engineer in your team or a whole testing function: manual and exploratory testing, automated suites for web, mobile and APIs, load tests before a launch and accessibility audits, run by people who work in your tracker and your release process.

Tests are code and evidence. Suites live in your repository and run in your pipeline, a failing test blocks the release rather than being noticed afterwards, a flaky test is fixed or removed, and a fixed bug gets a regression test written against the whole class of defect.

Testing runs on test data, not on your customers’ data: synthetic or masked records in test environments, test accounts in payment and email sandboxes, credentials from a vault rather than a test file, and production touched only for agreed checks after a release.

How we test our own platform

Our QA engineers test the platform our company runs on, built on .NET, Angular and Azure SQL, by hand and with Playwright suites that run in its GitHub Actions pipeline, and every feature ships with its tests. See our QA practice.

Questions about software testing and QA

Which testing services do you provide?

Manual testing, including exploratory, regression and user acceptance testing; test automation in Playwright, Selenium, Cypress and WebdriverIO; mobile app testing on real devices with Appium, Espresso, XCUITest and Maestro; API and contract testing with Postman, REST Assured and Pact; performance and load testing in k6, JMeter, Gatling and Locust; and accessibility testing against WCAG 2.2. Device and firmware testing and penetration testing have pages of their own.

Which industries do your QA engineers work in?

Mostly e-commerce and retail, fintech and banking, enterprise SaaS and ERP, healthcare, AI and data products, media and consumer apps, connected devices, and telecom and cloud providers. Each page describes what the testing looks like in those industries.

Can you take over testing from another team?

Yes. A take-over starts with a read-only review of the test cases, the automated suites and their run history, and a written list of risks in order of impact. Existing suites are repaired where that costs less than a rewrite, and nothing is retired until its replacement has run cleanly.

How is the work contracted and billed?

One agreement with BIG TREE 108 LLC and one invoice a month. Time is logged in our own portal through the month, and the same figures produce the invoice.

Who owns the test code, test cases and reports?

You do. Every specialist has a signed contract with BigTree108 that assigns all work product to the company, and our agreement with you assigns it onward. Code, designs and documents are delivered into your own repositories and tools, not kept where only we can change them.
