Accessibility testing services
Accessibility testing services: WCAG 2.2 audits of websites, web applications, mobile apps and documents, screen reader and keyboard testing, automated axe checks in CI, remediation support and Accessibility Conformance Reports, for products that must meet the European Accessibility Act, EN 301 549, Section 508 or the ADA, with dedicated accessibility testers for your team or audits delivered end to end.
Accessibility testing we do
WCAG 2.2 audits
Pages and flows tested against every WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA success criterion, by hand and with tools, with each issue reported with the criterion, the element, its effect on users, a screenshot and a fix.
Screen reader testing
Key journeys completed with JAWS and NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, and TalkBack on Android, checking names, roles, reading order, announcements of changing content and forms that can be filled in without sight.
Keyboard and focus testing
Every control reached and operated from the keyboard, with a visible focus indicator, a logical tab order, no keyboard traps, and dialogs, menus and tabs that manage focus as the ARIA Authoring Practices Guide describes.
axe checks in the pipeline
axe-core run through Playwright, Cypress or jest-axe on every pull request and Pa11y or Lighthouse across whole sites, with known issues tracked so their number only goes down.
Mobile app accessibility
iOS and Android apps checked for Dynamic Type and font scaling, touch target sizes, contrast, VoiceOver and TalkBack labels, Switch Control and Switch Access, starting from Xcode’s Accessibility Inspector and Google’s Accessibility Scanner.
Contrast, zoom and reflow checks
Colour contrast, text resized to 200 per cent, reflow at 320 CSS pixels without sideways scrolling, reduced motion, clear error messages and consistent help, the criteria that tools measure only in part.
Remediation support
Code-level fixes for each issue given to your developers, Figma designs reviewed for contrast, focus order and accessibility annotations before they are built, and each fix retested against the criterion it failed.
Accessibility Conformance Reports
VPAT-based Accessibility Conformance Reports against WCAG, Section 508 and EN 301 549, and accessibility statements, written from test evidence for public-sector tenders, enterprise procurement and the European Accessibility Act.
Document and PDF accessibility
PDFs, Word documents and slide decks checked for tags, reading order, alternative text, table headers and document language with PAC and Acrobat’s accessibility checker, against PDF/UA and the document clauses of EN 301 549.
Hire accessibility testers
Dedicated accessibility testers
Accessibility testers who join your team full time, work in your tools and process, and report to your lead. You interview them; we carry the Ukrainian contract, payroll, invoicing and leave.
Accessibility testing projects
A defined piece of accessibility testing with a scope, a fixed plan and a named lead on our side who owns the result and reports progress in your channels.
Ongoing accessibility testing
Accessibility testing as a continuing service: the same people every month, a backlog you prioritise, and hours you can see in our portal and on the invoice.
The dedicated team page explains how specialists join your team, and the outsourcing page covers project delivery, take-overs and how we charge.

Automated checks in the pipeline
How we test accessibility
Automated tools find missing labels, contrast failures and broken ARIA quickly, so they run on every change. The rest needs a person: whether alternative text says what an image means, whether a screen reader user can finish checkout, whether focus lands in the right place when a dialog closes. Every audit combines both, on the real product with real assistive technology.
Findings are ranked by how badly they block people and mapped to the WCAG criterion they fail, so your team fixes the blockers first and the report holds up in a procurement review. Once the backlog is clear, automated checks in the pipeline and accessibility acceptance criteria on each story keep new issues out.

Questions about accessibility testing
Which industries do your accessibility testers work in?
Mostly e-commerce and retail, since online shops selling to consumers in the EU fall under the European Accessibility Act; banking and fintech, whose consumer banking services the Act also covers; enterprise SaaS companies answering procurement questionnaires with a conformance report; healthcare and education platforms; public-sector services held to EN 301 549 or Section 508; and publishers of e-books and media.
Which WCAG level should we test against?
WCAG 2.2 Level AA in most cases. Level AA is what EN 301 549, Section 508 and most procurement teams ask for, and W3C advises adopting WCAG 2.2 even where a regulation still names an earlier version. Level AAA criteria can be added for particular pages or audiences.
Can you make our product compliant?
We test, report and fix: an audit shows where the product stands against WCAG 2.2, our developers or yours fix the issues, and a retest confirms each fix. A conformance report then states the result for each criterion. Whether the product meets a particular law is for your legal advisers to confirm, and the testing gives them the evidence.
How quickly can accessibility testers start?
When the right accessibility tester is available, the start is gated only by your interview and the NDA and IP assignment. Otherwise we run a search, which typically produces candidate profiles within two to three weeks, and nobody starts until you have said yes.
How do we hire accessibility testers through BigTree108?
Tell us the work, the seniority and the hours you need. We propose one or two people with their profiles, you interview them the way you would interview your own hire, and you sign one agreement with BIG TREE 108 LLC and receive one invoice a month.
Who owns the work they produce?
You do. Every specialist has a signed contract with BigTree108 that assigns all work product to the company, and our agreement with you assigns it onward. Code, designs and documents are delivered into your own repositories and tools, not kept where only we can change them.
Need an accessibility audit?
Tell us which sites, apps or documents are in scope and any deadline or tender you are working towards. You get an answer within one business day: an audit scope, a test plan, or candidate profiles.
