Google Cloud development services
Google Cloud development services for products built on Google Cloud Platform: Cloud Run and GKE applications, BigQuery data platforms, Firebase backends, Cloud SQL, AlloyDB and Spanner databases, Gemini features on Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (the successor to Vertex AI), landing zones, security and migrations, with dedicated Google Cloud engineers for your team or Google Cloud projects delivered end to end.
What we build with Google Cloud
Cloud Run services
Containerised APIs and workers that scale to zero between requests, Cloud Run jobs for batch work, and Pub/Sub, Eventarc and Cloud Tasks taking the work that should not run inside a request.
GKE clusters
GKE Autopilot when you want Kubernetes without managing nodes, Standard when workloads need node-level control, and Workload Identity Federation for GKE instead of exported service account keys.
BigQuery data platforms
Warehouses on BigQuery fed by Dataflow, Datastream or scheduled loads and modelled in Dataform or dbt, with partitioning and clustering chosen so a dashboard query does not scan the whole table.
Firebase backends
Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions for Firebase, App Hosting and Cloud Messaging for web and mobile apps, with security rules tested in the pipeline rather than left open.
Databases on Google Cloud
Cloud SQL for PostgreSQL, MySQL and SQL Server, AlloyDB where PostgreSQL needs more throughput, Spanner for data that must stay consistent across regions, and Memorystore for caching, reachable on private IP only.
Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform
Gemini and other models on Agent Platform (the successor to Vertex AI) called from your services, agents built with the Agent Development Kit, retrieval over your own documents, and the cost of every request recorded.
Landing zones and organisation set-up
An organisation built before the first workload arrives: folders and projects per environment, organisation policies, Shared VPC, VPC Service Controls around sensitive data, and audit logs kept where workloads cannot change them.
Migrations to Google Cloud
Virtual machines moved with Migrate to Virtual Machines, databases with Database Migration Service, and warehouses from Teradata or Redshift with the BigQuery Migration Service, one workload at a time with a rollback plan for each.
Security on Google Cloud
Security Command Center findings triaged and fixed in Terraform, Cloud Armor in front of public services, Binary Authorization so only signed images run, and customer-managed encryption keys in Cloud KMS.
Hire Google Cloud engineers
Dedicated Google Cloud engineers
Google Cloud engineers who join your team full time, work in your repositories, tracker and meetings, and report to your lead. You interview them; we carry the Ukrainian contract, payroll, invoicing and leave.
Google Cloud project delivery
A team that takes the Google Cloud project from scope to release: estimate, build, tests and deployment, with a technical lead on our side who owns the plan and the quality.
Google Cloud support and take-overs
An existing Google Cloud system taken over from another team or kept running: a read-only review and a written list of risks first, then fixes and new features in order of impact.
The dedicated team page explains how specialists join your team, and the outsourcing page covers project delivery, take-overs and how we charge.

How we work on Google Cloud
Terraform for every project, network and service, applied from a pipeline that signs in through Workload Identity Federation instead of a downloaded key. Secrets live in Secret Manager, IAM roles are granted to groups at the narrowest level that works, and every project has a budget with alerts.
Operations are part of the build: Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging or your own Grafana stack, uptime checks and service-level objectives on what users see, billing exported to BigQuery so the cost of each service is visible, and committed use discounts bought once usage is steady.

Questions about Google Cloud development
Which industries do your Google Cloud engineers work in?
Mostly fintech, where transaction systems need audit logs and data kept inside VPC Service Controls; e-commerce and retail, with storefronts on Cloud Run and demand analytics in BigQuery; SaaS products built on Cloud Run, GKE and Firebase; AI and data companies working in BigQuery and Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform; healthcare, with clinical records handled through the Cloud Healthcare API; and marketing and consumer apps that send their event data to BigQuery.
Cloud Run or GKE?
Cloud Run for most HTTP services and workers: there is no cluster to upgrade, it scales to zero and you pay for what you use. GKE when you run many services that need service-to-service networking, stateful workloads or custom operators, or when Kubernetes is already your standard elsewhere.
Can you migrate our systems to Google Cloud?
Yes, one service at a time: the organisation, networking and access are set up first, databases are moved with Database Migration Service, and each step has a rollback plan and is released on its own.
How quickly can Google Cloud engineers start?
When the right Google Cloud engineer is available, the start is gated only by your interview and the NDA and IP assignment. Otherwise we run a search, which typically produces candidate profiles within two to three weeks, and nobody starts until you have said yes.
How do we hire Google Cloud engineers through BigTree108?
Tell us the work, the seniority and the hours you need. We propose one or two people with their profiles, you interview them the way you would interview your own hire, and you sign one agreement with BIG TREE 108 LLC and receive one invoice a month.
Who owns the work they produce?
You do. Every specialist has a signed contract with BigTree108 that assigns all work product to the company, and our agreement with you assigns it onward. Code, designs and documents are delivered into your own repositories and tools, not kept where only we can change them.
