IT infrastructure and system administration services
IT infrastructure and system administration services: Windows and Linux servers, networks and firewalls, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, virtualisation and data centres, backups, device management, telecom networks and help desk support, with dedicated system administrators and network engineers for your team.
IT administration we take on
Windows and Linux servers
Patching, monitoring and backups for Windows Server, Ubuntu, Debian and Red Hat Enterprise Linux, with configuration in Ansible or PowerShell under version control so a rebuilt server comes back the same.
Networks and remote access
Firewalls, switching, VLANs and Wi-Fi from Fortinet, Cisco, MikroTik or Ubiquiti for offices and sites, VPNs between the sites, and zero-trust access to internal applications in place of a VPN that opens the whole network.
Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
Users, groups and licences managed in Entra ID and synchronised with Active Directory where it remains, multi-factor authentication and conditional access for everyone, and Exchange, Teams and SharePoint administered with the least privilege each task needs. Google Workspace on the same terms.
Virtualisation and data centres
VMware vSphere, Proxmox VE and Hyper-V clusters, shared storage and colocation racks run and documented, and moves between hypervisors planned host by host with the workloads kept running.
Backup and recovery
Backups of servers, Microsoft 365 and cloud databases kept apart from the systems they protect, with restores tested on a schedule so the recovery time is known before it is needed.
Device management
Windows, macOS and mobile devices enrolled in Intune, Jamf or another MDM, with disk encryption, updates and security baselines enforced by policy and local administrator passwords rotated by Windows LAPS.
Server and network monitoring
Zabbix, PRTG or Prometheus watching servers, links, disks and certificates, with alerts that reach an administrator before users notice and capacity reports before storage runs out.
Telecom and provider networks
Routing with BGP and OSPF, MPLS and carrier Ethernet on Cisco, Juniper and MikroTik equipment, and SIP telephony on Asterisk, 3CX or Teams Phone, for internet providers, telecom operators and companies with many sites.
Help desk, joiners and leavers
Ticketed support for staff, laptops ready before a new joiner’s first day, and every account and access removed on the day someone leaves.
Hire system administrators
Dedicated system administrators
System administrators who join your team full time, work in your tools and process, and report to your lead. You interview them; we carry the Ukrainian contract, payroll, invoicing and leave.
IT administration projects
A defined piece of IT administration with a scope, a fixed plan and a named lead on our side who owns the result and reports progress in your channels.
Ongoing IT administration
IT administration as a continuing service: the same people every month, a backlog you prioritise, and hours you can see in our portal and on the invoice.
The dedicated team page explains how specialists join your team, and the outsourcing page covers project delivery, take-overs and how we charge.

How we run IT administration
Configuration lives in scripts and policies under version control, not in one administrator’s memory, so a server, a laptop or an account can be rebuilt from what is written down. Every administrator works through a named account with multi-factor authentication and only the rights the task needs, and administrative actions are logged where the administrator cannot erase them.
We apply the same discipline to our own devices: our laptops are checked by an agent we wrote in Rust against our security baseline, on Windows, macOS and Ubuntu, with checks mapped to ISO 27001, CIS, Cyber Essentials, Essential Eight and SOC 2.

Questions about IT infrastructure and system administration
Which industries do your system administrators work in?
Mostly hosting, cloud and telecom companies, running data centres, provider networks and customer platforms; fintech and banking, with segmented networks and audited administrator access; industrial, manufacturing and energy companies, keeping plant networks apart from office IT; security companies; marketing agencies and e-commerce businesses with many staff and devices; and healthcare clinics and public-sector offices.
Can you run our IT remotely?
Yes. Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, cloud servers and most network equipment are administered remotely through named, audited accounts. Work that needs hands in the office, such as cabling or swapping hardware, is arranged with a local provider and directed by our administrators.
Can you move us from on-premises servers to the cloud?
Yes: file shares to SharePoint and OneDrive, on-premises Active Directory to Entra ID with Intune for devices, and the remaining servers to Azure or AWS, one workload at a time with a rollback plan for each.
How quickly can system administrators start?
When the right system administrator is available, the start is gated only by your interview and the NDA and IP assignment. Otherwise we run a search, which typically produces candidate profiles within two to three weeks, and nobody starts until you have said yes.
How do we hire system administrators through BigTree108?
Tell us the work, the seniority and the hours you need. We propose one or two people with their profiles, you interview them the way you would interview your own hire, and you sign one agreement with BIG TREE 108 LLC and receive one invoice a month.
Who owns the work they produce?
You do. Every specialist has a signed contract with BigTree108 that assigns all work product to the company, and our agreement with you assigns it onward. Code, designs and documents are delivered into your own repositories and tools, not kept where only we can change them.
Need someone to run your IT?
Tell us how many people, devices and servers you have and what runs where. You get an answer within one business day: a plan for the work or candidate profiles.
