Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio development services

Microsoft Copilot development services: Copilot Studio agents for employees and customers, declarative and custom engine agents for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot connectors that bring other systems’ data into Copilot, actions through Power Platform connectors, APIs and MCP servers, agents in Microsoft Foundry, and the governance, security and adoption work around them, with dedicated Copilot Studio developers for your team or a project delivered end to end.

Copilot work we take on

  • Copilot Studio agents

Agents for HR, IT, finance and customer service built in Copilot Studio, with knowledge from SharePoint and Dataverse, topics for questions that need fixed answers, and agent flows for the steps that act.

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot agents

Declarative agents that focus Microsoft 365 Copilot on one job with its own instructions, knowledge and actions, and custom engine agents built with the Microsoft 365 Agents SDK when you need your own model or orchestration.

  • Copilot connectors

Content from ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce, file shares and your own systems indexed into Microsoft Graph through Copilot connectors, with permissions carried across so each person sees only what they may see.

  • Actions in your systems

Agents that act through Power Platform connectors, custom connectors, API plugins and MCP servers, with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 data within reach.

  • Agents in Microsoft Foundry

Agents built in code with Foundry Agent Service and Microsoft Agent Framework where Copilot Studio is not enough, published to Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

  • Customer-facing agents

Copilot Studio agents on your website, in Teams or in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, with hand-off to your human agents.

  • Governance and security

Environments, data policies, sharing limits and maker permissions set in the Power Platform admin centre, sensitivity labels and Purview data loss prevention respected, and agent usage monitored.

  • Readiness and adoption

Oversharing in SharePoint and Teams found and fixed before Copilot surfaces it, a pilot group measured, and training for the people who will use and build agents.

  • Capacity and cost

Copilot Studio capacity and pay-as-you-go use planned from expected volumes, and usage tracked per agent so the bill follows the value.

  • Dedicated Copilot Studio developers

Copilot Studio developers who join your team full time, work in your tools and process, and report to your lead. You interview them; we carry the Ukrainian contract, payroll, invoicing and leave.

  • Copilot development projects

A defined piece of Copilot development with a scope, a fixed plan and a named lead on our side who owns the result and reports progress in your channels.

Copilot on a tenant that is ready for it

Copilot shows people what they already have access to, including what they were never meant to see. Before agents go live we check SharePoint and Teams sharing, sensitivity labels and data policies, and fix the oversharing Copilot would otherwise surface.

Agents start with one team and one measurable task, such as HR questions answered or tickets triaged, and grow from a pilot whose results you have seen. Our .NET and Azure engineers build the APIs and MCP servers the agents call, in the same tenant and under the same governance.

Questions about Microsoft Copilot development

Copilot Studio or Microsoft 365 Copilot agents?

Microsoft 365 Copilot agents extend Copilot for licensed users inside Microsoft 365. Copilot Studio builds agents that can also serve people without a Copilot licence, run on your website or in Teams, and act through flows and connectors. Many companies use both, and we help you choose per use case.

Do all our users need a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence?

Not for every agent. Copilot Studio agents can serve users without a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence and are billed by use, while agents inside Microsoft 365 Copilot need the licence. We work out the mix of licences and capacity from who will use what.

Can Copilot use data from systems outside Microsoft 365?

Yes. Copilot connectors index external content into Microsoft Graph with its permissions, and actions through connectors, APIs or MCP servers let agents read and change records in those systems as they work.

How quickly can Copilot Studio developers start?

When the right Copilot Studio developer is available, the start is gated only by your interview and the NDA and IP assignment. Otherwise we run a search, which typically produces candidate profiles within two to three weeks, and nobody starts until you have said yes.

How do we hire Copilot Studio developers through BigTree108?

Tell us the work, the seniority and the hours you need. We propose one or two people with their profiles, you interview them the way you would interview your own hire, and you sign one agreement with BIG TREE 108 LLC and receive one invoice a month.

Who owns the work they produce?

You do. Every specialist has a signed contract with BigTree108 that assigns all work product to the company, and our agreement with you assigns it onward. Code, designs and documents are delivered into your own repositories and tools, not kept where only we can change them.

Rolling out Copilot or building agents?

Tell us your Microsoft 365 set-up, the teams involved and what the agents should do. You get an answer within one business day: a readiness check, a plan for a pilot, or candidate profiles.
