Website redesign

A redesign of the website you already have: a review of what works and what holds it back, a new design in Figma, the content moved across and every old address redirected, so the site looks and works better without losing its place in search, on the same platform or a new one.

What a website redesign covers

  • A review before the redesign

Analytics, Google Search Console, page speed and a walk through the site as a customer show what visitors use, where they leave and which pages search engines rank, so the redesign keeps what already works.

  • A new design in Figma

The structure, the page templates and the phone version drawn in Figma and agreed with you before anything is built, in your current brand or a refreshed one.

  • Content moved, not lost

Pages, images, documents and blog posts carried into the new design, with the copy rewritten where it no longer says what you do today.

  • Every old address redirected

A map from each old address to its new page and permanent redirects, so links, bookmarks and search rankings keep working after the launch.

  • A new platform when it helps

The redesign stays on your current builder or CMS, or moves to one your team finds easier to edit, for example from Wix to Webflow or WordPress.

  • Measured before and after

Speed, Core Web Vitals, search traffic and requests recorded before the launch and compared after it, so you see what the redesign changed.

Hire web designers

  • Dedicated web designers

Web designers who join your team full time, work in your tools and process, and report to your lead. You interview them; we carry the Ukrainian contract, payroll, invoicing and leave.

  • Website redesign projects

A defined piece of website redesign with a scope, a fixed plan and a named lead on our side who owns the result and reports progress in your channels.

  • Ongoing website redesign

Website redesign as a continuing service: the same people every month, a backlog you prioritise, and hours you can see in our portal and on the invoice.

The dedicated team page explains how specialists join your team, and the outsourcing page covers project delivery, take-overs and how we charge.

Who works on your website redesign

  • UI and UX designers

The new structure, the templates and the phone version in Figma

  • Web developers

The build on your builder, your CMS or in code

  • SEO specialists

Redirects, structured data and search visibility through the move

  • Content writers

Outdated copy rewritten and new pages written

  • QA engineers

Pages, forms and redirects checked on phones and desktops before the switch

How we run a redesign

A redesign starts from the site you already have, not from a blank page. We look at what visitors open, which pages bring requests and what search engines rank, and the new design keeps those pages and makes them easier to use.

The new site is built on a staging copy and reviewed there, then switched over in one step with the redirects in place. After the launch we watch Search Console and analytics for broken links and lost pages and fix what they show. The domain, the hosting and the accounts stay registered to you.

Questions about website redesign

How much does a website redesign cost?

It depends on the number of pages and templates, how much of the content changes and whether the site moves to another platform. After a review of the current site you get a written estimate with the scope, the dates and the price, and the work starts only when you have agreed to it.

Will the site lose its place in Google after a redesign?

Not when the move is planned. Every old address is redirected to its new page, titles and descriptions are carried over or improved and the structured data is kept, so search engines treat the new pages as the old ones. We check Search Console in the weeks after the launch and fix any page it reports.

Can you redesign a site another team built?

Yes. We start from the access you have to the builder or CMS, the hosting and the domain. If an account is registered to someone else, we help you move it into your own name before the redesign starts.

How quickly can web designers start?

When the right web designer is available, the start is gated only by your interview and the NDA and IP assignment. Otherwise we run a search, which typically produces candidate profiles within two to three weeks, and nobody starts until you have said yes.

How do we hire web designers through BigTree108?

Tell us the work, the seniority and the hours you need. We propose one or two people with their profiles, you interview them the way you would interview your own hire, and you sign one agreement with BIG TREE 108 LLC and receive one invoice a month.

Who owns the work they produce?

You do. Every specialist has a signed contract with BigTree108 that assigns all work product to the company, and our agreement with you assigns it onward. Code, designs and documents are delivered into your own repositories and tools, not kept where only we can change them.

Is your website due a redesign?

Send the address of your current site and tell us what is not working. You get an answer within one business day: what we would keep, what we would change and an estimate.
