Chatbot development for businesses, institutions and charities

Chatbots for the questions your customers, residents, students or beneficiaries ask most: support, bookings, orders, meter readings, admissions, public services and information routes for charities, in Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and on your website. Built on a platform your staff can edit, such as SendPulse, or in code when the bot needs your own systems, by dedicated chatbot developers or as a project delivered end to end.

Chatbots our clients ask for

  • Customer support on your website and in messengers

Answers to the common questions, order and delivery status and a hand-over to a person, on your website and in Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram.

  • Bookings and appointments

Appointments at a clinic or a salon, tables, rooms and classes booked from your real availability, with a reminder before the visit and a link to move or cancel it.

  • Meter readings and bills

Water, gas and electricity readings sent in the chat, with bills, payment links and outage notices, for utility companies and homeowners’ associations.

  • Applicants and students

Admission rules, documents, deadlines and timetables for schools, colleges and universities, answered at any hour in the messenger applicants already use.

  • Residents and public services

Services, opening hours, queues and requests for communities, administrative service centres and public bodies, in Ukrainian, English and the other languages residents need.

  • Charities and NGOs

An information bot for the people you help: a short questionnaire, a route chosen from the answers, checklists, links and documents, a referral to a specialist, broadcasts and a usefulness rating.

  • HR and internal questions

Answers on leave, policies, documents and IT requests for your staff in Microsoft Teams, Slack or Telegram, taken from your own documents.

  • AI answers from your content

Free-text questions answered by a language model grounded in your own documents, with every answer traceable to its source and a person to hand over to.

Hire chatbot developers

  • Dedicated chatbot developers

Chatbot developers who join your team full time, work in your tools and process, and report to your lead. You interview them; we carry the Ukrainian contract, payroll, invoicing and leave.

  • Chatbot development projects

A defined piece of chatbot development with a scope, a fixed plan and a named lead on our side who owns the result and reports progress in your channels.

  • Ongoing chatbot development

Chatbot development as a continuing service: the same people every month, a backlog you prioritise, and hours you can see in our portal and on the invoice.

The dedicated team page explains how specialists join your team, and the outsourcing page covers project delivery, take-overs and how we charge.

A chatbot platform or code

Many chatbots are best built on a ready platform such as SendPulse, Botpress or Microsoft Copilot Studio: one bot for several messengers, with menus, questionnaires, conditional routes, broadcasts and statistics, edited by your own staff without a developer. When the bot needs your systems, payments or logic a platform does not offer, we write it in code, and a bot can start on a platform and move to code later.

Either way the accounts, the content and the data belong to you. The platform’s limits, monthly fees and data storage location are known before the work starts, no data is kept in Russia or Belarus, and the content, the flows and the statistics can be exported and handed to another team.

Questions about chatbot development

How much does a chatbot cost?

It depends on the messengers, the number of routes and the integrations, and on whether the bot runs on a platform with a monthly fee or in code on your own hosting, so the price is worked out from the flows you describe.

Can our staff change the chatbot’s content themselves?

Yes. Texts, buttons, links, documents and routes are edited in the platform or in an admin panel, and the people who will do it are trained before the launch.

Can one chatbot work in several messengers?

Yes. One set of flows serves Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and your website, within the limits each messenger sets.

Do you build chatbots for charities, schools and public bodies?

Yes. We are open to orders from charitable foundations, NGOs, schools, universities, communities and public bodies, directly, through a tender or as a project paid for by a grant.

How quickly can chatbot developers start?

When the right chatbot developer is available, the start is gated only by your interview and the NDA and IP assignment. Otherwise we run a search, which typically produces candidate profiles within two to three weeks, and nobody starts until you have said yes.

How do we hire chatbot developers through BigTree108?

Tell us the work, the seniority and the hours you need. We propose one or two people with their profiles, you interview them the way you would interview your own hire, and you sign one agreement with BIG TREE 108 LLC and receive one invoice a month.

Who owns the work they produce?

You do. Every specialist has a signed contract with BigTree108 that assigns all work product to the company, and our agreement with you assigns it onward. Code, designs and documents are delivered into your own repositories and tools, not kept where only we can change them.

Need a chatbot?

Tell us who will write to the bot, in which messengers, and what they should be able to do there.
