Partnerships with universities and IT schools

For universities, colleges and IT schools in Ukraine: student practice, internships, guest lectures and real projects for coursework, arranged with each institution in the form that suits its programme.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your programme

The specialities, the year of study and what your students need: practice, a project or contact with working engineers.

  2. Agree the format

An agreement on student practice, a set of guest lectures or a project brief, written down with the dates and the people involved.

  3. Students work with our engineers

Each student or team has a mentor from our engineers and works with the tools and the review process we use on client work.

  4. Feedback for both sides

A written review for each student and an honest note to the institution on what the programme could teach differently.

What we can offer

  • Student practice

Practice placements for students of software engineering, computer science and related specialities, under an agreement with the institution.

  • Guest lectures and reviews

Engineers who talk about the work they do, and who review student projects the way they review code at work.

  • Projects for coursework

Realistic project briefs for course and diploma work, based on the kinds of systems our clients need.

What it costs

Nothing for the institution or the students. Each arrangement is written down with the institution before it starts, so everyone knows who does what.

Students who do well are welcome to apply to our open roles, like anyone else.

Questions institutions ask

Is the practice remote?

Our team works remotely across Ukraine, so practice is remote by default, with the same tools and meetings the team uses.

Do you work with IT schools as well as universities?

Yes. The format is agreed with each school, from a single guest lecture to a project for a whole group.
