Joint bids, tenders and consortia

For companies preparing a tender, a grant-funded project or a large request for proposal: we join as a subcontractor or a consortium member and bring the engineering part, the people and the documents the bid needs.

How it works

  1. Share the tender

Send the documentation and the deadline. We tell you within one business day which part we can take and who would do it.

  2. Agree the split before the bid

The work, the price and the responsibility of each party are written down before the bid is submitted, not after it is won.

  3. Prepare the documents together

Company documents, the profiles of the proposed specialists, the technical approach and the estimate for our part, in the format the tender asks for.

  4. Deliver as agreed

If the bid wins, the people named in it do the work, and reporting follows the structure the client set.

Where we join

  • Public procurement

Tenders on Prozorro and other public procurement where the lead bidder needs a software development partner.

  • Grant-funded projects

Digital projects funded by international donors and programmes, where an implementing partner needs an engineering team.

  • Large requests for proposal

Corporate requests for proposal that ask for more disciplines than one company covers.

The commercial arrangement

Our price for our part of the work is fixed in writing before the bid. Bid preparation is on each party’s own account unless agreed otherwise.

BIG TREE 108 LLC is entered in the Ukrainian state register, and its registration details are on the contact page, so the lead bidder can check us before naming us.
