Partnerships with other IT companies

For software companies in Ukraine and abroad: we take the work you cannot staff, pass you the work we cannot take, and bid together where neither of us could alone, with every arrangement written down before the first hour is logged.

How it works

  1. Agree the frame once

A framework agreement with non-solicitation in both directions, IP assignment and confidentiality, signed before any specific project is discussed.

  2. Bring a piece of work

Either side brings a project or a role, with the scope, the dates and the rate written in a short order under the framework.

  3. One lead per side

Each company names one person who owns the delivery and the escalation, so neither client hears about the other company’s problems.

  4. Settle monthly

Hours logged in the tracker both sides can see, one invoice a month, and the same figures on both sides.

What we do together

  • Subcontracting to us

You sold a project bigger than your team, or in a stack you do not carry. We deliver it under your process and your brand.

  • Subcontracting from us

Our clients ask for work outside our practice or beyond our capacity. We pass it to a partner whose people we trust, on the same terms we would want ourselves.

  • People between projects

An engineer whose project ended can join the other company’s project for a few months instead of waiting for the next one.

  • Joint proposals

Two companies with complementary practices answering one request for proposal together, with the split of work agreed before the bid.

The commercial arrangement

Rates are agreed per order under the framework. Neither company approaches the other’s client or hires the other’s people during the partnership or for an agreed period after it.

The company that holds the client contract owns the client relationship and the invoice to the client; the other delivers under its process and reports to its lead.

Questions IT companies ask

Do you work with companies that compete with you?

Yes. Most software companies overlap somewhere; what matters is the written non-solicitation and a lead on each side who keeps the client relationship where it belongs.

Can a partnership start with one small order?

Yes, and it usually should. The framework is signed once, and the first order can be a single specialist for a month.

Have work to share or capacity to fill?

Tell us what your company does and what you need from a partner. You get an answer within one business day from the person who would own the partnership.
